Abstracts for the NASCE Scientific Meeting

We warmly invite researchers, clinicians, and trainees to submit abstracts or drafts for abstracts.

Share your latest research, clinical innovations, and educational initiatives that empower the next generation of surgical leaders. Submissions are welcome across all medical/surgical disciplines, with a special focus on innovation, training, and leadership development.

Abstracts will be assessed blindly (if possible) by members of the Local Scientific Committee and NASCE members.

Several abstracts will be selected to be presented orally during the annual scientific meeting in the main program. The other abstracts will have the opportunity to be presented as a short electronic poster followed by questions and interactive discussion, possibly also a speed session in the general program for the full audience of the conference.

Deadline for submission May 31, 2026.

Oral and poster presentations will be evaluated during the annual scientific meeting and prize(s) will be handed out.

All authors will be informed via email before June 15, 2026.

NOTE: If your abstract is selected for oral or poster, at least one author must register for the NASCE annual meeting and present in person. - An online presentation is not possible.
